Something to Ponder

Repeatedly today, I’ve been getting this error message when trying to surf LiveJournal.

“The document contains no data.”

It just occurred to me….If it contains no data, can it, by definition, really be considered a document?

Just something to think about while they get the servers fixed up. 🙂

  3. If a file contains 0 bytes, is it really a file?

  4. Oh, I come across plenty of documents containing no data… lots of rubbish in them, though. 😉

    • …and mostly at work. Meetings with no content are another office speciality.

      get the servers fixed up

      Seems to be taking a while…. :/

  5. Happy birthday! (Yep, too lazy just to post it in my own journal, so I’ll post in yours instead!)

  6. Ceci n’est pas un(e?) comment

  7. I got that the first time I tried to read comments on this entry. 🙂

  8. Is the document half-full or half-empty?

If a document containing no data falls in the forest… er wait, no, that’s just -too- lame, even for me.

Poor Data; all of these documents are disavowing any knowledge of him whatsoever.

OK, I’m going to run away now. 🙂
